2015 #fwclassic Showcases Flavor Affinities

Each year, the world's most accomplished winemakers, celebrity chefs, and culinary experts come together in Aspen, Colorado for the Food and Wine Classic. Here are some flavors presented this year.

Citrus-roasted brussel sprouts topped with bacon, Avalanche goat cheese and tobacco onions.

Avocado toast with cotija cheese, scallions and cilantro.

Beef Tartare with cream fraiche.

Caviar, candied jalapeño, strawberry gelee, sea salt.

Heirloom tomato, basil, balsamic, Jalapeno, plain Chobani yogurt.

Watermelon, feta, balsamic, pita chips.

Burrata puree, freeze dried tomatoes, onions, pickled green strawberries, cherries, marjoram, and trout roe.

Shrimp spring rolls with herbs and red ginger.

Baked eggs on mashed potatoes with a slight dollop of caviar.
